The location of this hotel is fantastic, just a block from the Zocalo, making it easy to explore. I loved the unique music-themed decor in my room. Having a record player with a selection of classical music really added to the experience. The room itself was spacious and clean, which made me feel at home. Staff were helpful and accommodating, especially when I asked for extra towels. However, there were a few downsides. The shower didn’t get hot, which was frustrating. The carpets in common areas seemed overdue for a deep clean. they had a slight odor. Noise from the street did seep into my room at night. I occasionally had to use earplugs. Breakfast left something to be desired, feeling a bit too light. Overall, while not perfect, the charm of this place made up for quite a bit.

Lovely stay with quirky charm
The location was unbeatable, just a block from the Zocalo. The themed decor with records in each room was delightful. Plus, I enjoyed the convenience of refillable water stations throughout the hotel.
Unfortunately, cleanliness was a concern. Some carpets were overdue for cleaning, and the shower never provided hot water, although the sink was fine. This impacted the overall comfort.

I had a great time here! The record player was such a fun surprise, and the filtered water stations made staying eco-friendly easy. The photos didn't quite match the actual decor, but it was charming nonetheless. I'd definitely come back!

Enjoyed our stay over four nights. The cozy balcony added a lovely touch for evenings. Make sure to bring earplugs if you’re sensitive to noise from the street. The location made exploring easy, but don’t forget to check what attractions are open!

The hotel has a charming design inspired by classical composers and large, vibrant rooms. It's eco-friendly with water stations and welcoming staff, although there was a slight communication hiccup regarding taxi bookings. Overall, a pleasant base for exploring Puebla's attractions.

The decor was quirky, but let's say the wash basin in the room was a bit too avant-garde for my taste. Oh, and earplugs may become your new best friend!

Had a fantastic time with friends! The themed rooms were a fun surprise. We loved catching a ride to nearby attractions like the local market and the cathedral. The hotel had great filtration stations for water and a rooftop terrace for evening hangouts. Highly recommend bringing your own snacks as breakfast isn’t included.
We found the gym a bit cramped with limited options, which was disappointing after a day of exploring.
